# Tool catalogue

> Every area an admin can switch on, and where to find the full reference for its tools.

Tools are grouped into **areas**, the same rows you see in **Settings → MCP Server → What AI apps can do**. Each area has a **View** level, and most have one or more **edits** you can switch on. Your AI app only sees the tools that are switched on for you.

## LMS areas

| Area | View | Edit |
| :- | :- | :- |
| Who is connected | Your name and your institute's branding. Always on. | – |
| Institute stats | Profile, outstanding fees, live classes, learner counts. | – |
| Website | Pages, sections, theme, SEO, traffic and pre-publish checks. | Draft pages, import Figma designs, set up course data (opt-in), publish and roll back (opt-in). |
| Lead forms | Lead campaigns, their form fields and leads received. | Create campaigns and add fields. |
| Automations | Workflows, their runs, and message templates. | Draft workflows and create new templates. |
| Blog | Posts and the pages that show them. | Draft posts. |
| Courses | Course content, drip rules, invite links and pricing. | Draft courses, drip rules, invite links and enrolment forms, structure and depth (opt-in). |
| Learners | Find learners and their courses. | Enrol into courses (opt-in), edit learner details (opt-in). |
| Progress reports | The data behind a learner's progress report. | – |

## CRM areas

The CRM areas show in **Settings → MCP Server** for every institute, but the AI app gets CRM tools only when your plan includes the CRM. Each person sees only the leads their admin portal shows them: counsellors their own leads, managers their team's, admins the whole institute.

| Area | View | Edit |
| :- | :- | :- |
| CRM: Leads | Find and list leads, a lead's full history, *my day* follow-ups. | Log calls and notes, set follow-ups, change status, assign leads, add leads. All opt-in. |
| CRM: Calls | Call history, transcripts, callbacks due, AI calling status. | Place a call or an AI call, start AI calling campaigns (admins). All opt-in. |
| CRM: Meetings | Your and your team's meetings, free slots, booking pages. | Book a meeting, log its outcome. Opt-in. |
| CRM: Messages | Message history, inbox, approved templates. | Send an approved WhatsApp template to one lead. Opt-in. |
| CRM: Reports | Sources, campaigns, funnel, counsellor performance, calling and follow-up health. | – |

Every CRM edit is turned on separately (opt-in). Notes, logged calls and follow-ups are saved straight away. Status changes, assignments, bulk changes, calls, messages and bookings show a preview and wait for your yes. See [Confirmations](/mcp-server/usage/confirmations).

## What the labels mean

Edits carry a label such as *Drafts only*, *Adds only* or *Changes live*. *Opt-in* (shown as **Turned on separately**) means an edit is never switched on by an area's Edit level or by **Turn everything on**. See [Risk levels](/mcp-server/settings/risk-levels) and [Opt-in edits](/mcp-server/settings/opt-in-features).
