Every change an AI app can make carries a badge in Settings → MCP Server. The badge tells you who could notice the change, and how soon. Read it before you turn a change on.

At a glance

A view never changes anything, so views carry no badge.

Drafts only

The AI app saves its work as a draft. You or another admin review it and publish it from the admin portal.
  • Website: Build and edit pages and Import Figma designs. Changes are draft revisions. Publishing is a click in Manage Pages.
  • Automations: Draft automations. A draft automation never runs. New email and WhatsApp templates are created but are unused until an automation uses them.
  • Blog: Draft posts. A draft post is never shown on your website.
  • Courses: Content. Courses and slides are saved as drafts. A course goes live only after approval in the admin portal.
Two exceptions in Courses: Content, both at your request: the AI app publishes slides when you ask it to, and it can set a course’s preview image, banner and intro video on live courses too.

Adds only

Lead forms: Create campaigns and add fields. The AI app can create a lead campaign, add fields to a form and send a test lead. It never removes a campaign or a field. A test lead shows up in your leads like any other.

Not-live courses only

Courses: Drip release rules. Only courses in draft or review. The institute-wide drip switches are never changed.

Adds to live data

The AI app only adds, but it adds to live records, so some of it shows at once.
  • Website: Set up folders, course tags and product pages. New folders start hidden and new product pages start as drafts. But tags added to a live course change your site’s filters straight away, and a course added to an active store page is on sale straight away. Every change is shown as a dry run first, and applies only if nothing changed in between.
  • CRM: lead activity (notes, logged calls, follow-ups). Your team sees the note or follow-up at once.
These are turned on separately.

Changes live

The change is visible straight away.
Courses: Invite links, pricing and enrolment forms is the one live change that the Courses Edit level, Turn everything on, and the first switch-on all turn on. If you do not want it, open the Courses row and switch it off.
Every live edit that is turned on separately shows a preview first and needs your “yes” in the chat. A confirmation is valid for a short time (minutes) and only for exactly what was previewed. If anything changes, the AI app must preview again. See Confirmations.

Calls or messages leads

These changes reach real people outside your institute:
  • placing a phone call or an AI call to a lead;
  • starting an AI calling campaign (admins only);
  • booking a meeting, which sends the lead an invite;
  • sending an approved WhatsApp template to a lead.
Each one is always turned on separately. No level, shortcut or first switch-on turns it on. Before anything is sent, the AI app shows who will be contacted, how, and any credits it will use. Your confirmation works once. A second call or message needs a new preview and a new “yes”.
Before you turn on a change marked Calls or messages leads, try it yourself on a test lead with your own phone number.
